Faiz & Co. Chartered Accountants was established in Islamabad in May 2016 as a sole proprietorship firm. The firm has a satisfactory QCR rating from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). It is also registered with the Audit Oversight Board (AOB) and is authorized to audit the accounts of Public Interest Companies (PICs) in Pakistan. Additionally, the firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) as a Training Organization (TO) for training CA students. The firm’s head office is situated in Islamabad, and it plans to open offices in other cities as the business progresses in the future.

The firm provides audit and assurance, financial management and business advisory, tax advisory and tax planning, corporate registration and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, book-keeping and accounting, payroll outsourcing, and other business support services.

In addition to these services, we also offer our clients advice on streamlining their business processes, establishing internal control systems, computerizing accounting systems, efficient tax planning, tax compliance, filing annual and periodic tax returns, managing withholding tax, obtaining tax exemption certificates, conducting financial due diligence and asset valuation exercises, and business performance analysis. We assist our clients in developing information systems strategies and selecting and implementing packaged software. The firm collaborates with other large consulting firms when assignments require specialized skills, expertise, and competencies.

Our methodology involves first reviewing the business processes of our clients, developing an understanding of their business, and then providing advice based on our knowledge and in the best interest of our clients. We also have the expertise to assist and advise our clients in the business decision-making process, improving internal control systems, developing systems and procedures, reducing costs, and improving profitability.
